– Pastor Jean St-Ulme
We believe…
- We believe in the personal Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit equal in Divine Perfection. (Mt.28:19; 1 Jn5:7-8; 2Cor13:13)
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully human and fully Divine, equal to the Father. He was crucified for our sins and He has risen for our justification. (Mt. 1:23; Ph. 2:5-11; Jn.10:30)
- We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, and that He is a person equal to the Father and the Son. He is permanently present in the world since His official coming on the day of the Pentecost, to administrate the Church until its rapture. (Jn.14:16-18; Acts 2:1-4, 33; 5:3-4; 2Thes.2:4-7)
- We believe in the plenary verbal inspiration and inerrancy of the entire Bible as originally written and that the Bible is the all significant rule of faith and practice. (2Tim 3:16-17; 2Pe:20-21; Ps. 119:11, 105, 160).
- We believe that the depraved alien sinner is saved wholly by the grace through faith in Jesus Christ. (Acts 16:31; Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:8-9)
- We believe that all who trust Jesus Christ for salvation are eternally secured in Him and shall not perish. (Jn.3:16; 10:27-30; 1 Pe. 1:5)
- We believe that those who are saved must and will abide in the faith as a proof that they were really saved. (Heb. 10: 36-39; 11:35-40)
- We believe that there are two principal ordinances in the Lord’s churches: A) Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Biblical baptism is by immersion of the believers in water. Math.3:13-16; 28:19-20; Acts 2:38-41; 8:12, 36-40); B) the Lord’s supper is a memorial ordinance which recalls the death of the Lord for the atonement of our sins. Math.26:26-29; Luc 22:19-20; 1Cor.11:23-29)
